Return/Exchange And Cancellation

Returns of Damaged Product

  • Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition.
  • If the products are received as damaged, please mail us with unboxing video, pictures of the product along with the courier box and details at customercare@fiiza.in
  • There is no returns under any circumstances unless the product is damaged in transit.
  • You may opt for replacement/return as per your choice incase your application is approved.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory without which product will not be accepted for returns.

Return of defective product

  • Fiiza wants you to be happy with your purchase.
  • We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within 3 days after delivery of the order.
  • Incase of a defect in the product. We require clear parcel opening videos and picture which have to be sent to us “Email” on customercare@fiiza.in or “whatsapp” on 6388683613
  • All payments against applicable returns happen via bank transfer which can take upto 3 working days after receiving of parcel.

Steps to return a product

  • We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns@”Email” on customercare@fiiza.in or “whatsapp” on 6388683613
  • We will not accept any opened or used product. Please pack it as you had received it safe and cocooned and infrom us on “Email” customercare@fiiza.in or “Whatsapp” on 6388683613.

 

  • Please send it back through any courier charges for the returns shall be payable by you.

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps:

  • Place your item in its original packaging.
  • Insert the original invoice.
  • Seal the package properly
  • Send it to us with return detail on “E-mail” customercare@fiiza.in or “Whatsapp” 6388683613″

Important note:

    • Please write to “RETURN” and your “ORDER NUMBER” in the subject of the mail.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed in 3 Working days after we received the package in our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Please Note :
“SALE” products cannot be exchanged/returned.
“ACCESSORIES” cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Click on return /exchange tab to initiate process. Exchange can be done once only cost of courier shall be payable as per actual by yourself.
  • We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
  • Exchange any item that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered undamaged and retaining the original tags within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut short to ensure the embroidery is protected.
  • Mention the reason of your exchange in the mail write to “EXCHANGE” in the subject of the mail, sent it on “E-mail ID” customercare@fiiza.in or “Whatsapp” 6388683613″

Cancellation Policy

“NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED”

  • We believe in a “NO QUESTION asked policy where the cancellation depends simply on whether the order has been shipped from our warehouse or not”.
  • In case the order has already been shipped from our ware house, we will not be able to accommodate any modifications or cancellations.

Change in size/delivery address-phone number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, Please reach us at customercare@fiiza.in with the subject “ORDER NUMBER + REVISED INFORMATION” we will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
