How soon is my order Shipped?
1. We start order processing within 24-48 hours after you have placed an order. Unless your order specifies any customizations or alterations, our aim is to ensure your order is dispatched within that period the initial 48-72 hours of the oder being placed
2. In case you have Choosen a special color that need to be dyed then it will take additional 2-3 working days.

3. To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship our Logistics partner: Bluedart

5. Please note that, sundays and public holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries*

For Domestic orders :

All pre-paid orders are eligible for free shipping, alongwith an Extra discount of 2% for the same. Any Pincodes within the territory of india shall be applicable.
For all COD order Shipping shall be free of cost, no additional benefit shall be given.

What if I am facing problems with my delivery?

In case you are facing any difficulty in tracking your order status, have not received your order or any such difficulties; please feel free to connect with us via whatsapp/ E-Mail our customer support team will help you to the best of their abilities.

What if something is wrong with the order delivered to me?

Team Fiiza does everything they can to ensure top quality products as per the order of your requested product at reach your doorstep in the fastest way possible but if you find anything incorrect or incomplete kindly let us know!
In case the item/items you have received are/ in consistent with the order placed by you, we will make necessary Arrangements to rectify the same.
In case the order you receive seems damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the order from the delivery personnel and let us know so we can look into it. If you do accept it, make sure you mention on the form offered by the delivery personnel that you are receiving a tampered consignment and take a picture, this makes it easy for to look into what went wrong. Meanwhile, we will be ensuring you receive your order as per the invoice.
